Using our proprietary app, our specialists tag, scan, photograph, and document details (make, model, description, location, and more) for all equipment. This data then uploads to our cloud database to be further cleaned, edited, and managed.

Clients then have access to this inventory through a CSV database export or within Helix’s Workflow+ subscription. Workflow+ enables health systems to manage their inventory online, while also providing easy access to buy, sell, and transfer equipment. 2. Inventory Assessment + Reconciliation

Healthcare facilities with an existing equipment list of questionable accuracy can benefit from our Inventory Reconciliation services.

This data is then compared to your existing database, and an Inventory Accuracy Report is provided. The report includes:

Changes to information during the data cleaning process are also tracked, helping verify if certain assets were available but had inaccurate information.

Helix Mobile and Workflow+ include autocomplete features with more than 30,000 unique combinations of equipment make + model. This helps create consistency across the board, resulting in the most accurate inventory records possible.
